You take over the operational overall responsibility for the community school with a strong school management team. Together, you ensure that the school not only functions but continuously develops - pedagogically, organizationally, and culturally. Your daily routine is diverse; you bring the perspective of education directly into the overall development of the community. Sometimes you sit at the table with the municipal council to discuss the strategic direction. Sometimes you are in the middle of the school to support teachers or develop creative ideas for new learning forms together with the site management. You are responsible for the necessary finances, resources, and concepts to ensure that the school remains stable and strong in the future.

You are a communicator and designer, can convince parents as well as authorities, and enjoy building solutions together with others.
