The Fairmont Monte Carlo is a luxury hotel located in the heart of the Principality of Monaco. It features 596 rooms, suites, and residences as well as four restaurants, three bars, a Fitness Center, a Spa, two swimming pools, Room Service, and a Catering service.

• Preparation of preliminary tasks (vegetable peeling, stocks, court bouillons, etc.)
• Preparation of simple dishes
• Organization of the workstation
• Plating, distribution
• Maintenance of the kitchen and ancillary premises
• Ensure compliance with current hygiene and safety standards

• Beginners accepted
• Show curiosity about all kitchen activities, have a sense of observation
• Consider the logical sequence of tasks
• Complete activities within the allotted time and at appropriate moments
• Adapt to the variety of tasks and work rhythms
• Integrate into a hierarchical team
