Electrical Specialist as DEPARTMENT MANAGER "Electrical Workshop"
Your tasks:- Overall responsibility for the company’s specialist area, coordination of all business activities in the electrical service sector
- Technical and personnel management of a team of around five specialists and experienced electrical professionals
- Development, implementation and support of simple to very complex internal projects in the company (electrical supply concepts, order planning), monitoring of all electrical installations
- Single point of contact for all specific questions from branch offices and project managers as well as intensive process support at project sites in the region
- Interdisciplinary collaboration within the entire company on special tasks, close contact with site management
- Professional training in the electrical field with possible further specialist training, possibly additional training in business administration and/or management
- Several years of professional experience in the electrical installation environment (advantageous in operations and/or on specific projects and/or general customer service)
- Proven track record in a specialist and, if possible, leadership role in a demanding company in building technology, industry or construction
- German as mother tongue, knowledge of a second national language or English advantageous, high organisational and leadership competence
- Ideally good knowledge of the local market and regional environment, willingness to travel within the region, explicit desire for further development
