Site Manager for Road and Rail Infrastructure

Mission
As a Site Manager, you organize, supervise, and control the daily execution of work on road and rail construction sites. You ensure the proper completion of installations according to plans, defined methods, safety rules, and deadlines.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare, plan, organize, execute, and control the work from the start of the site to its final delivery.
- Lead, coach, and motivate assembly teams, ensuring optimal task distribution.
- Control the conformity of the work (lighting, ventilation, signaling, cabling, safety equipment, etc.) according to current standards.
- Communicate, document, and report project changes for revision files.
- Ensure connections, commissioning of installations, testing, and resolution of reservations.
- Monitor the evolution of site costs, analyze results with your manager, and manage work orders and measurements.
- Strictly apply safety rules, QSE standards, and directives specific to road and rail environments.
Profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrician for assembly, installer-electrician, network electrician, or equivalent training.
- Proven practical experience on road sites, tunnels, or rail infrastructures: a major asset.
- Strong technical skills, mastery of execution methods, and understanding of field constraints.
- Assertive leadership, rigor, responsiveness, and ability to meet deadlines while ensuring quality and safety.
- Clear communication, sense of inter-disciplinary collaboration, and ability to represent the entity in site meetings.
- Careful, organized, flexible person, exemplary in applying internal directives and values.
- Driver's license.
