- You build up the Development & Projects team and continuously develop it professionally and personally.
- You actively drive the digital transformation and are responsible for digitalization projects from needs assessment to implementation.
- You lead demanding projects that improve business processes, introduce new technologies, and create real added value.
- You establish and develop structured needs and project management with clear standards, methods, and transparency.
- You are the central interface between departments and the ICT & Innovation area and ensure successful collaboration.
Which skills are important to us
- Several years of leadership and project experience, ideally in a complex or public environment.
- Very good knowledge in project and needs management as well as in the implementation of digitalization projects.
- An analytical, proactive mindset with high problem-solving skills and independence.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills as well as enjoyment in working with different stakeholders.
- Curiosity for trends, innovations, and new technologies – you like to think "out of the box".

Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks
- Vacation
At least 25 days of vacation annually, 28 days from age 45, and 33 days from age 55. Possibility of unpaid leave
