Ringgenberg School is an attractive place to work and live on Lake Brienz. For the school with a motivated team and modern infrastructure, we are looking for a co-principal starting August 1, 2026, or by agreement. Currently, around 250 children and young people from kindergarten to 9th grade are taught in a total of 14 classes at our school. You can look forward to well-established structures that also allow innovation and development; for example, since 2025, Cycle 3 has been organized in mixed-age groups, and we are a mosaic secondary school.

Tasks
- Operational management in personnel, pedagogical, organizational, and administrative areas
- Collaboration with the co-principal
- Quality assurance and evaluation
- Ensuring and maintaining internal and external communication
- Parent and public relations work
- Responsibility for projects and events
Requirements
- Completed school leadership training or willingness to complete it
- Ideally pedagogical training and leadership experience
- Ability to think in larger contexts and accustomed to working both independently and in a team
- Good self-management, organizational skills, resilience
- Willingness to lead and manage a larger organization, initiate and further develop renewal processes, and support ongoing projects and concepts
