As a contact person for a wide variety of events, we are looking for an experienced & committed Banquet & Event Manager (m/f) starting February 2026.

Planning, organizing, and implementing banquet and event occasions
Comprehensive care of our guests from inquiry to follow-up
Preparation of offers, contracts, and schedules
Active consulting and sales of our event and banquet services
Maintenance and expansion of a sustainable customer and partner network
Coordination of all internal interfaces (service, kitchen, technology, front office)
Administrative management of events on site
Ensuring our quality and service standards
Cost control, post-calculation, and administrative follow-up
Your profile – what distinguishes you
Experience in banquet and event management or a comparable function
Confident German and English spoken and written
Very good organizational skills and structured working style
Strong communication skills in dealing with guests, partners, and internal teams
Distinct host understanding and professional appearance
Confident handling of Protel, ideally including banquet tool
Sales- and consulting-oriented thinking
Independent, responsible working style
Resilience and overview even in intense phases
