Tasks
The Flight Ops Resource Management & Development team is responsible, among other things, for communication with applicants for the SWISS cockpit, planning and coordinating assessment steps, coordinating with interfaces, and reporting recruiting metrics.
- Support and active participation in the entire application process including triage of dossiers and further processing of assessment results.
- Scheduling and coordination of the various test steps, inviting candidates, as well as coordination and planning of the entire assessor team.
- Responsible for the professional preparation and archiving of application documents.
- Creation of simple, descriptive evaluations and reports.
- Answering telephone and written inquiries.
- Independent handling of smaller projects.

Requirements
- A 100% workload is preferred for this position; job sharing is possible
- Basic education / schools: high school graduate or graduate of a technical, commercial, or business school
- Initiative, interest, and willingness to engage in pilot recruiting topics
- Goal: Aviation studies at ZHAW and/or strong interest in the airline business
- High sense of responsibility, authentic, reliable, and extremely trustworthy
- Enjoy working with (key) figures
- Good communication skills
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams)
- Very good German language skills as well as good English skills
