Setting new standards together and shaping the future - for us, this means more than just completing tasks. Here you work with people who take responsibility, have high standards, and have the courage to explore new paths. With us, you will find an environment where trust and performance go hand in hand, and your ideas, initiative, and contribution count. This way, you have the opportunity to truly make a difference for our clients, your team, and your personal development. Property Management ensures the technical and administrative management of real estate. This includes, among other things, the rental and care of rental properties, the coordination of maintenance measures, and collaboration with internal and external partners. In addition, Property Accounting ensures the management of property accounting and the collection of rents. In the course of the merger of Helvetia and Baloise, we are further developing our processes, data structures, and ways of working. You will support Property Management and Property Accounting both in day-to-day operations and in this organisational development.

- You assist in harmonising and documenting different processes and ways of working.
- You participate in quality assurance, technical tests, and the review of data or documentation.
- You analyse and clear tenant accounts in collaboration with the property accountants.
- You monitor control processes along the property accounting.
- You support Property Accounting in preparing the integration of the IT systems of Helvetia and Baloise.
What you bring
- You are pursuing a degree, preferably related to real estate, business, facility management, architecture, or a comparable field.
- You are interested in property management, processes, data, and organisational changes.
- You work independently, reliably, and very carefully.
- You can capture different information in a structured way and document it clearly.
- You have good user knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- You communicate confidently in German. French skills are an advantage.
- You enjoy working with different professionals and teams.
- You handle confidential data and information responsibly.
- You are open to questioning existing ways of working and contributing to the development of joint solutions.
