For the areas of labor and migration law, we are looking for a motivated lawyer at the Zug location as soon as possible or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Comprehensive advice and support for private individuals, startups as well as national and international large companies in all aspects of individual and collective labor law
- Litigation in labor law before courts and authorities
- Application for residence and work permits for foreign employees in connection with their activity in Switzerland
- Application for other residence permits, especially in the context of family reunification, for non-working persons or students
- Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders as well as independent mandate management
Your qualifications
- Swiss lawyer's license
- Ideally several years of professional experience as a lawyer in the mentioned areas of responsibility (advantageous but not mandatory)
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative, ambition and motivation
- Quick comprehension, pronounced social skills and ability to work in a team
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
- Confident oral and written communication in German and English
