Your Tasks
- Ensuring the nursing care and well-being of our patients
- Care planning, organization, and documentation
- Participation in the continuous improvement of work quality and patient satisfaction
- Promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration, including in our joint ward rounds, and the further development of work organization
- Preparation and follow-up as well as assistance with therapeutic and diagnostic measures
- Advising and instructing patients and their relatives, as well as trainees and new employees
- Participation in training and further education
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience advantageous
- Committed and team-oriented personality
- High level of social competence and empathy in dealing with our patients and their relatives
