• Overall operational responsibility for smooth processes in the hospitality department and the overarching control of operational workflows
• Leadership and support of team leaders, including ensuring efficient deployment and resource planning
• Ensuring service quality and patient satisfaction as well as handling escalations
• Coordination of interfaces and ensuring functioning interdisciplinary collaboration
• Implementation and continuous improvement of processes in daily operations
• Ensuring economical use of resources

• Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy or comparable, ideally with further education at HF/FH level
• Several years of leadership experience in an operational service environment as well as the ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees
• Solid knowledge in business administration as well as in the organization and control of operational processes
• Experience in quality and process management, especially in implementation and optimization in daily operations
• Understanding of hospital processes and interdisciplinary collaboration
• High communication and cooperation skills as well as appropriate demeanor for the target audience
• Ability for constructive conflict resolution and confident handling of demanding situations
• Strong service orientation and empathy in dealing with patients, employees, and interfaces
• Hands-on mentality as well as high presence and implementation strength in daily operations
• High resilience, flexibility as well as a structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style
