In this versatile, cross-departmental leadership role, you take on the overall operational responsibility for some of our establishments in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Become part of an innovative company that combines service quality, efficiency, and digital solutions.
Your mission with us:
- You ensure smooth operations in our serviced breakfast establishments and contribute to providing our guests with a consistently positive experience.
- You lead our Guest Relation employees as well as our breakfast teams at multiple locations.
- You coordinate and maintain interfaces with our subtenants in our establishments.
- You are regularly present in our hotels, ensure smooth operations, conduct quality checks, and stay overnight on-site at least twice a week.
- You take operational responsibility for several establishments at multiple locations, act as the first point of contact in incident management, and contribute to the quick and professional resolution of operational challenges.
Your qualities that inspire us:
- Several years of experience in the hospitality environment as well as proven practice in implementing quality management.
- Strong service and quality orientation combined with a structured, solution-oriented working style and hands-on mentality.
- High social competence, communication skills, enthusiasm for innovation, as well as teamwork and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Willingness to travel (2-3 nights/week), driver's license, and very good German and good English skills.
- Willingness to work regularly in the evenings, on holidays, and weekends.
