Who are we?
Our goal is to offer people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments an individual living and working opportunity, supporting affected persons on their way to as self-determined a life as possible.
At the locations Münsterlingen, Kreuzlingen, Bürglen, and Güttingen, we have 180 living spaces available in different settings. Furthermore, we offer protected workplaces in the areas of gardening, production, carpentry, logistics, and various studios. Here, orders from external companies are processed and various in-house products are manufactured.
Our four-person facility management team is being expanded and is therefore looking for reinforcement! We look forward to a personality who enriches everyday work with humor and keeps a cool head even in turbulent situations. Together we take care of the comprehensive property management of Mansio.

What you can achieve
- Management of external residential properties for clients, such as rental, administration, maintenance, and handover, including their furnishing
- Participation in projects and working groups
- Coordination and control of repair and minor orders with internal/external parties
- Deputizing for team members
What distinguishes you for this
- Training or further education in the field of real estate, facility management, for example as a department head in hospitality/housekeeping or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
- Organizational talent and structured personality in a dynamic environment
- Healthy assertiveness and solution-oriented working style for effective project management
