The Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH) is a globally renowned institute in the field of global health with a special focus on low- and middle-income countries. Associated with the University of Basel, Swiss TPH combines research, teaching, and services at local, national, and international levels. Around 1,000 people from 96 countries work at Swiss TPH in areas such as infectious and non-communicable diseases, environment, society and health, as well as health systems and programs.
At the Center for Travel and Tropical Medicine, travelers from Basel and the surrounding area are advised before travel and treated after travel. As a national reference center for imported parasitic diseases in humans, it offers a variety of services to doctors and hospitals throughout Switzerland.
We are looking for a committed individual to join the Center for Tropical and Travel Medicine at Swiss TPH immediately or by agreement as:
