Instruction of appeal procedures, minute-taking at meetings and inspections, preparation of decisions in appeal and objection procedures, drafting of opinions for higher appeal instances, participation in legislation / preliminary examination of regulations and agreements, advising offices and the department management, providing legal information to municipalities and private individuals
University degree (licentiate, master) in law, experience in public law, especially in spatial planning, construction, and environmental law, confident oral and written expression, quick comprehension, high independence, and strong resilience
