<ul><li>You are responsible for the operational and professional management of the cleaning and supervision team and their training</li><li>You are responsible for the overall organization, allocation, and leadership of the cleaning & supervision team and are also willing to actively take on shifts</li><li>With your personality and experience, you succeed in maintaining our high quality standards regarding order and cleanliness/hygiene throughout the Hürlimannbad & Spa</li><li>In close collaboration with the technical department, you support this department in technical and structural maintenance work in and around the facility</li></ul>
What you bring with you
<ul><li>You have leadership experience and several years of experience in cleaning or come from the housekeeping sector of the hotel industry</li><li>You are technically skilled, have a high social competence, and can interact well with people</li><li>You have a very good command of the German language and possess good English skills</li><li>You demonstrate your flexibility with your willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays</li><li>You are fit, motivated, and ready to move successfully into the future with us</li></ul>
