Qualified Nurse in Day Shift (70% – 100%)

• Ensuring professional nursing care
• Active design and management of the care & support process
• Co-responsibility for care planning, evaluation and billing (RAI)
• Coordination and evaluation of extensive internal and external resources to achieve resident goals
• Active implementation of expert nursing care and fostering an open learning culture
• Taking on daily responsibility
