About the job

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Leadership, coaching, and training of shift supervisors and employees in a 3-shift operation
• Responsible for shift scheduling, training, and further education of employees and apprentices
• Ensuring efficient, multi-stage production including quality requirements
• Commissioning, acceptance, and introduction of new or optimized systems and processes
• Coordination with production planning, technical department, quality assurance, sales, and logistics

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Completed basic training as a plastics technologist, alternatively in a technical field with further training in plastics processing
• Further training as a master craftsman/industrial technician or similar
• Several years of leadership experience in a production company
• Professional experience preferably in profile extrusion
• Resilience, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills
• Trainer for plastics technologists
