Your Tasks
Your tasks as a senior physician in the Interdisciplinary Emergency Center
- Leadership and SupervisionYou take on the role of medical shift leader of the emergency operation and supervise the assistant physicians in patient care.
- Promotion of professional qualificationsYou support the assistant physicians in obtaining the certificate of competence for clinical emergency medicine and in further developing their ultrasound skills.
- Interdisciplinary exchangeYou maintain close contact with the referrers and the various specialties of the Cantonal Hospital Aarau (KSA).
- Further training and internal clinical processesYou actively participate in the training of physicians and engage in internal clinical processes.
- Shift workYou participate in the shift system and ensure the presence of senior physicians around the clock (24/7).
Your Profile
- You hold one of the following specialist titles: General Internal Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine, Cardiology, Anesthesiology, Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology (foreign diploma with MEBEKO recognition)
- Willingness to work interdisciplinarily
- High resilience
- Completed certificate of competence "Clinical Emergency Medicine SGNOR" or close to completion
- Good ultrasound skills are an advantage
- You are a team player, flexible and committed
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form
