- You take full responsibility for demanding projects in the field of dairy technology, processing, and packaging - from conception to successful commissioning.
- You manage investment projects confidently, on budget and on schedule, making well-founded technical decisions.
- As the central contact person, you coordinate internal departments as well as external partners and ensure a smooth project process.
- You critically question existing systems and processes and develop sustainable, economically sensible optimizations.
- In case of technical challenges or production disruptions, you apply your experience purposefully and ensure stable, long-term solutions.
- You always keep safety, quality, and compliance requirements in mind and consistently integrate them into your projects.
What you bring with you
- A solid technical education with further training at HF level or equivalent forms your professional foundation.
- Several years of experience (at least 4-5 years) in an industrial environment enable you to lead projects independently and with high professional competence.
- Deep knowledge in dairy technology, heating and process systems, tank integration, or packaging distinguishes you.
- You communicate confidently and clearly in Swiss German and High German; you are also fluent in English.
- Your working style is structured, analytical, and solution-oriented - combined with decisiveness and a sense of responsibility.
- High resilience, entrepreneurial thinking, as well as a pronounced quality and safety awareness complete your profile.
