Coordinator for the BA Landscape Architecture and/or BSc Civil Engineering Degree Programs (90 - 100%)

About the job

• Take over the coordination of the Bachelor degree programs in Landscape Architecture and/or Civil Engineering as well as maintain and nurture the flow of information and collaboration with various interfaces
• Ensure the smooth operation of teaching activities and provide individual advice and support to students
• Participate in projects as well as contribute to and organize various internal and external professional events
• Implement workload planning and create timetables
• Work closely with the program directors and the program secretariat

The position can be filled either full-time by one person or as a job-sharing model by two people each at 50%. In this case, one part-time workload is assigned to the BA Landscape Architecture and the other to the BSc Civil Engineering.

• Preferably a university degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Architecture with further training/experience in business administration; several years of professional experience in education is desirable
• Organizational talent; the ability to respond to a wide variety of people, situations, and demands and to prioritize correctly
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as the willingness to proactively network within the university and externally
• Confident German language skills; good French and English skills are an advantage
• Good digital skills and willingness to familiarize yourself with new IT tools

The interviews are expected to take place on November 19 & 20 in the mornings (1st round) and on December 4 in the afternoon (2nd round).
