Communication Trainee

Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and autonomous Communication Trainee to join our communication department, based at our production site in Bulle, Switzerland.

About the role

This internship will allow you to actively contribute to the company's internal and external communication projects by participating in content creation, monitoring actions, and organizing events related to the 2026 anniversary.

Who you will work with

You will collaborate with the communication team, in connection with various internal departments and external partners, to ensure coherent and impactful dissemination of the company's messages.

What you will do

• Develop editorial and visual content for various channels
• Update content and support the website migration
• Participate in the development of communication plans
• Implement and monitor communication indicators
• Support the organization of events related to the 2026 anniversary

Interested? For this role, we are looking for

• Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Journalism, or Marketing
• Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize
• Creative, dynamic personality and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of MS Office tools
• Organization, autonomy, and ability to take initiative
• Curiosity for digital tools, AI, and content creation software
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of English

Internship conditions

• Paid internship
• Duration: 6 to 12 months
• Activity rate: 50–60%
• Start date: January 2026 (or to be agreed)
