The Stiftung Alterswohnen Muttenz offers elderly people various tailored models for living, care, and nursing, creating a cozy and comfortable home for them. The foundation includes the senior and nursing homes Zum Park and Käppeli with their 204 rooms, which have been organizationally merged.

• Handling complex care situations
• Responsibility for the care of our residents
• Implementation and coordination of the nursing process
• Dealing with people with long-term illnesses, multimorbidity, cognitive impairments (e.g. dementia) and psychological impairments (e.g. depression)
• Accompanying and caring for people in their last phase of life within the framework of palliative care and end-of-life care
• Medication management, dressing changes for primary and secondary wounds, etc.
• Participation and involvement in case presentations
• External internship 2 is carried out in a cooperating institution

• Completed secondary level 2: Federal VET diploma with or without vocational baccalaureate (preferably in health and social fields); specialized middle school certificate with or without specialized baccalaureate (preferably in health/natural sciences); Matura; completion of Rudolf Steiner School with IMS-F certificate
• Good German skills (European Framework C1)
  A C1 certificate must be provided if you do not have German as your mother tongue and you did not complete the FaGe training in a German-speaking area.
