• Supporting the Chef de Rang in checking the assigned station for cleanliness, order, and standard-compliant presentation
• Supporting the Chef de Rang in planning, preparing, and carrying out daily business
• Performing professional service in compliance with quality standards
• Receiving, handling, and forwarding complaints to a supervisor
• Responsibility for proper invoicing and correct billing

• a successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist, hotel specialist, or comparable qualification would be advantageous
• first experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
• friendly, professional, and open demeanor
• very good German and English skills, additional foreign language is an advantage
