In this versatile position, you take responsibility for planning, controlling, and implementing demanding projects, especially in the pharmaceutical environment. As a central interface between internal departments and customers, you ensure that service contracts are fulfilled efficiently, compliantly, and successfully.

• You are responsible for meeting project goals regarding costs, deadlines, and scope and ensure the fulfillment of agreed service agreements and project deliverables.
• As the main contact person for the customer, you coordinate project-related activities, especially in pharmaceutical production environments.
• You take over holistic project management of service and optimization projects – from planning through implementation to project completion.
• Maintaining and evaluating project-relevant data in ERP and CRM systems is also part of your responsibilities.
• To continuously improve, you initiate and moderate lessons-learned workshops with internal and external stakeholders and derive sustainable optimization measures.
• In case of deviations or problems, you apply structured problem-solving and quality methods and develop pragmatic, GMP-compliant solutions in the interest of all parties involved.

• You have a degree in pharmaceutical, scientific, or project management-oriented fields, e.g., pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology, life sciences, biotechnology, or project management with a pharmaceutical focus.
• You have several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical environment, ideally in planning, implementing, or supporting projects in pharmaceutical production or technical service.
• You bring solid knowledge in international project management as well as experience dealing with regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP).
• Your pronounced analytical and structured problem-solving skills enable you to develop sustainable solutions and build long-term customer relationships.
• Professional customer interaction is a matter of course for you, and you convince through communication strength and negotiation skills.
