Biomedical Analysis Technician - Interregional Transfusion CRS
Are you interested in immunohematology and want to develop your skills? Then apply to join our motivated and dynamic team at the Transfusion Medicine Unit based at CHUV in Lausanne. Start date:
01.12.2025 or to be agreed.
Permanent contract, 100% for 6 months, then 80%
Mission
- Perform manual and automated immunohematology analyses (blood groups, RAI, TDA)
- Assign and distribute blood products
- Carry out special preparations of blood components (irradiation, concentrated erythrocyte and platelet splits)
- Ensure maintenance of devices and automata
- Provide night and weekend on-call duties (24/7 service)
Profile
- Diploma as a biomedical analysis technician ES
- Professional experience in immunohematology is a plus
- Motivated, precise, and dynamic
- Good communication and ability to manage stressful situations
- Autonomous and comfortable working in a team
- Fluency in French is essential
