Certified Nursing Specialist (Workload by Arrangement) do you enjoy working independently, are interested in the environment at the client’s home, and like being outdoors? We are a modern organization with around 80 employees and support the residents of the municipalities of Stettlen, Vechigen, and Worb in the areas of nursing, psychiatric nursing, housekeeping, and supplementary services. We are proud to be a training company for nursing specialists HF, FaGe EFZ/FaGe E, and AGS. Your main tasks:
- Basic and treatment care for clients at home
- Basic and treatment care for clients at home
- Organizational and coordination services
- Collaboration in an interdisciplinary environment
- Nursing specialist HF/FH
- WEX training is an advantage or willingness to complete it
- Strong advisory skills for contact with relatives as well as collaboration with health professionals and nursing assistants
- Empathy and an appreciative attitude
- Networked, responsible thinking and acting
- Experience with IT
- Driver’s license, own vehicle (with compensation) is an advantage
- Versatile activity with creative freedom
