Do you have completed training as a landscape gardener and already several years of professional experience in the field of horticulture and garden maintenance? Do you enjoy working with young people and have the qualification as a vocational trainer or the interest to complete this training?
For the Garden and Landscaping department, we are looking for a new
Landscape Gardener 80%
starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

The Garden and Landscaping department of the Bühl Foundation is committed to ensuring that young people with intellectual or learning disabilities achieve a good apprenticeship completion, so they can lead as independent a life as possible, integrate professionally and socially, and participate in society. We are looking for people who are passionate about their work, enjoy working in a team, and pass on their expertise to the young people in training.
Your tasks
- Independent, professional, and high-quality execution of garden maintenance and partly smaller gardening work for private and institutional clients, involving the apprentices
- Supervising a group of up to four apprentices/clients
- Customer consultation and independent customer care
- Co-designing and further developing the Garden and Landscaping department
Your qualifications
- Completed training as a landscape gardener EFZ
- Experience in work pedagogy is an advantage
- Completed vocational trainer course is an advantage or willingness to complete it
- Enjoyment of the profession as well as appropriate handling of young people with special behaviors/needs
- Creativity, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Driver's license category B
