About the job
Production – (80-100%)
LED Technician
To strengthen our team in the Workshop & Development department, we are looking for a committed personality with a technical flair to start immediately or by arrangement.
What to expect
In our LED workshop with integrated locksmith and construction, we develop and produce high-quality LED light boxes, illuminated signs, and individual special solutions – from the first idea to commissioning. You can expect a varied activity in a small, well-coordinated team where you can actively participate in exciting projects with a lot of personal responsibility and creative freedom.
You manufacture aluminum frames, cut back panels, and rivet them in. Then you equip the constructions with LED strips, solder the components by hand, and ensure proper wiring. You implement serial and parallel circuits and perform basic electrical calculations – from determining the total power to sizing the power supplies and calculating the appropriate cable cross-section.
You confidently read technical drawings and electrical schematics, install power supplies, commission systems, and carry out electrical device tests. You document your work independently and ensure compliance with our quality standards. Occasionally, you also support assembly and service assignments with customers throughout Switzerland.
Your profile
You have a technical or manual basic education – for example, in mechanical, electrical, or event technology – or as a motivated career changer, you bring a pronounced technical understanding and a high willingness to learn.
Precise and structured work characterizes you. In addition, you have manual skills and are interested in electrotechnical contexts. A clean, orderly, and responsible way of working is natural for you and contributes significantly to the quality and safety of our products.
What we offer you
We offer you a workplace in a modern new building with professional infrastructure, short decision-making paths, and a collegial environment with open communication. You will receive careful introduction to our systems and processes and have the opportunity to develop professionally. Flexible working hours, at least five weeks of vacation, and free parking complete our offer.
