for the Olten region
Your responsibilities:
- Regular inspection and maintenance of the entire property
- Landscaping and maintenance of green areas
- Coordination and supervision of external craftsmen and service providers
- Independent execution of inspections and minor repairs
- Support for internal relocations and clearances within the building
Your profile:
- You are a motivated and solution-oriented personality
- You are very independent and bring a high level of personal responsibility and conscientiousness
- You are helpful and flexible
- Fluent in German (written and spoken), all other languages are an advantage
