About the job

For our cost planning department, we are looking for a committed individual for construction cost planning 80-100%.

On behalf of investors as well as public and private clients, we supervise and realize larger construction projects. Our services cover the entire construction development cycle and construction execution process, which we offer in the following three business areas: construction trust, cost planning, and general planning. Your Department

You take over the calculation and cost control in various building projects and accompany them from the first rough estimate, through the cost estimate to the cost quotation.
You support the project team in cost optimizations and have an eye for economical solutions without neglecting design.
You consistently implement the goals of our clients.

Your Profile

You have completed training as an architect, engineer FH/HTL, technician TS, or draftsman EFZ specializing in architecture.
You have several years of experience in cost planning and are open to digital solutions with quantity determination from BIM models.
You are familiar with the element method as well as the cost structures eBKP-H / BKP and know the Swiss standards.
You convince with your commitment, your independent and conscientious way of working, and complete your profile with an affinity for construction processes and numbers.
