Your Tasks 

• Independent, qualitative, and timely management of construction sites with support from experienced site managers
• Planning, organizing, and monitoring the construction process as well as controlling costs and adhering to the budget
• Leading the construction site team
• Responsible for reporting and material procurement
• Compliance with and implementation of measures for occupational safety and health protection

Your Profile 

• Completed basic training in the main construction trade, preferably with further training as a foreman/site manager with a federal certificate of competence
• Several years of professional experience as a foreman/site manager in building construction
• Good knowledge of construction planning and coordination
• Entrepreneurial thinking and cost-conscious actions 
• Reliability, teamwork skills, and assertiveness
• Loyal and cooperative personality
• Driver's license category B
• Good knowledge of German
