Logistics Specialist – for top employers
Activities
- Receipt of goods deliveries
- Checking the packages according to the address and confirming the goods receipt
- Inspection of transport units for visible damage
- Unpacking the material, identifying the items and matching the actual quantity with the delivery note data
- Posting the goods receipt to the corresponding order items
- Carrying out identification and quality checks of the material
- Checking the certificates for the material as well as reading and assigning the corresponding documents
- Scanning and filing delivery papers
- Proper storage of the material according to material properties
- Picking material in the different storage areas
- Taking over general warehouse tasks
- Performing booking processes in the ERP system (SAP)
- Processing liquidations and proper disposal of material
Requirements
- Training as a logistics specialist
- Several years of professional experience in the industry
- Service-oriented personality with precise and careful working style
- Communicative as well as high flexibility and reliability
- Good MS Office and very good SAP knowledge, S4HANA is an advantage
- Driver's license category B
- Very good German skills in spoken and written, English is an advantage
