Your tasks
- Psychiatric care within the framework of the care process and a patient-oriented care system
- Preparation and implementation of individual care planning / application of nursing diagnoses
- Fully digitized professional management of patient documentation
- Targeted patient observation, social training, and promotion of everyday skills
- Implementation of individual and group nursing offers
- Adequate crisis intervention
- Participation in the development and implementation of the structured weekly plan
- Participation in patient meetings, case discussions, staff meetings, ward rounds, and supervisions
- Implementation of internal standards and guidelines
- Loyal and multiprofessional cooperation with the team, ward management, and department management
- Consideration of operational processes taking into account quality requirements
Your profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d), curative education nurse (m/f/d), or comparable qualification
- A high level of social competence
- An appreciative basic attitude
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor towards patients (m/f/d), their relatives / reference persons, and representatives of other institutions
- Teamwork skills, reliability, willingness to cooperate, and commitment
- Identification with the goals of the hospital
