Senior Physician (m/f/d) Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
Are you looking for a new challenge?
In the outpatient services, the entire spectrum of psychiatric disorders in adulthood is treated. We are looking to strengthen the outpatient team and to support the outpatient colleagues in training with a specialist (m/f/d) in psychiatry and psychotherapy or someone close to accreditation.
Your tasks
As a senior physician (m/f/d), you are responsible for the specialist therapeutic management of the outpatient clinic. You understand the leadership role in such a way that discussions are conducted and moderated according to the respective professional competence. In doing so, you strive to ensure that through these discussions, knowledge increases and the best possible approach emerges as a jointly supported path.
As a specialist (m/f/d) (or close to it), you enjoy conveying the specialist content to our colleagues in training. You take pleasure in promoting and supporting the decision-making competence of your employees. Loyalty and constructive handling of mistakes are among your core values. You possess very good oral and written German skills and appreciate open and respectful communication.
What we offer you
As a specialist (m/f/d) in psychiatry and psychotherapy, you will have sufficient time for further training. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to participate in training sessions, even with active contributions, up to presentations at accredited training events for medically and psychotherapeutically active colleagues. Through professional discussions, but also through engagement with operational ethical issues across all hierarchical levels, you will gain new insights. You inspire your colleagues with your openness and initiative and also gain diversity through new insights. We place great value on calm work determining everyday life, and you will also conduct outpatient psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatments yourself. There is the possibility of services.
