Your Responsibilities
- Manage the entire order processing process, from entry to invoicing
- Ensure the efficiency of incoming requests for quotes, orders, and contracts while checking their completeness and compliance with internal guidelines (discount competence, approval, etc.)
- Supervise the delivery process: deadlines, installation, network connection, instruction, and management of service tickets
- Process, coordinate, and follow up on all customer requests, including receiving service orders by phone and email
- Enter orders into Dynamics/NAV (ERP system)
- Manage the receipt, transmission, and follow-up of complaints, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support the external sales service with administrative questions
Your Profile
- Commercial employee certificate (CFC) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, back office, and/or internal sales service with expertise in managing offers and contracts
- Good IT skills with MS Office and ERP system (Navision)
- Developed team spirit, able to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to quickly assimilate new information and take initiatives to achieve set goals
- Open and customer-oriented communication
- Autonomy in work, goal-oriented with analytical thinking to proactively solve problems
- Native French speaker, good knowledge and ability to communicate in German, English is an asset
