Your mission
- Holistic care and support of our clients in their familiar environment
- Support in everyday life: from basic care to activation
- Promotion of independence and quality of life
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team and with relatives
- Documentation and planning of care measures
Your backpack
- Completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ (specializing in adult or elderly care)
- Experience in outpatient care/support (advantageous)
- Empathy, resilience, and joy in independent work
- Driver's license category B (mandatory)
