Maintenance of Technical Operations and Janitorial Services (100%)
Due to retirement, we are looking for an employee at our headquarters in Dübendorf starting October 1, 2026, or by agreement for

As a committed and professionally qualified individual, you will ensure the operational readiness of our infrastructure together with a colleague and make sure that our employees find a smoothly functioning working environment.
What to expect
- Coordination of structural and technical maintenance of buildings and facilities
- Contact person for employees as well as for external service and craft companies
- Responsibility for the smooth operation of the infrastructure
- Administrative tasks such as creating maintenance documentation, procurement,
cost and key figure management - Management of the access control and locking system
- Organization of cleaning, grounds maintenance, and waste disposal
- Furniture management and coordination of internal moves
- On-call duty for winter service
- Technical support for research projects of our employees
- Willingness to take on tasks in the safety and environmental area
What you bring
- Completed technical-craft training, e.g., specialist in operational maintenance
- Several years of professional experience in facility management in a demanding environment
- Further training as janitor or maintenance specialist with federal certificate is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Very good MS Office user skills
- Great flexibility, independence, and personal responsibility
- Physical resilience
- Valid category B driver's license
- Good English skills
- Enjoy sharing knowledge within the team and enjoy working with people
