• Active participation in the E-Commerce roadmap and implementation of prioritized initiatives in daily business
• Continuous optimization of usability, user experience, and performance including responsibility for testing, bug fixing, and quality assurance
• Analysis of relevant KPIs as well as derivation and implementation of measurable optimization measures
• Central interface function between the specialist department, IT, external service providers, and internal stakeholders
• Translation of business requirements into functional and technical concepts as well as support until successful go-live
• Management of subprojects in cross-departmental marketing and digital projects ensuring timely implementation
• Deputy to the Head of E-Commerce with operational co-responsibility for feature conception, backlog prioritization, and implementation

• Experience in e-commerce, ideally in an omni-channel environment
• Good understanding of e-commerce systems and their interaction with ERP and other surrounding systems
• Initial experience in implementing e-commerce or omnichannel projects, preferably cross-departmental with IT and external partners
• Familiar with agile working methods and iterative development of products, features, and processes
• Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style with strong implementation skills as well as strong analytical thinking and confident handling of KPIs for data-based decisions and continuous optimization
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
