Your Tasks 

You have extensive experience in construction management and take responsibility for the successful implementation of demanding and exciting construction projects from the start of construction to handover. In doing so, you independently lead the projects and ensure that they are completed professionally, cost-effectively, and on time. You can rely on the support of a competent and motivated team. Your working style is characterized by precision, foresight, quality awareness, and strong customer orientation.

Your Profile 

We are looking for a strong leader, communicative, and dynamic construction professional with a can-do attitude. Solid experience as a construction manager, ideally in a general contracting company or a similar environment and in a similar role, is required for this position. You work independently and purposefully, are persistent and solution-oriented to implement construction projects efficiently and defect-free with our partners. You communicate openly and directly and, with your entrepreneurial mindset, are able to develop suitable solutions for problems. You like to use digital tools for your work and are familiar with construction administration programs (ideally Messerli). You also bring a solid education in construction, preferably a basic education in construction or a related trade, as well as further training as a certified construction manager, structural technician TS, or FH architect.
