As a Team Leader Key Account Management, you make our services visible and sought after in the market. Together with your team, you build strong customer relationships, identify strategic opportunities, and successfully implement exciting, high-quality projects.

Your area of responsibility

• You maintain and expand your network of customers, property owners, and decision-makers in a targeted manner and use it to realize market opportunities
• You monitor the market, recognize potentials, and position our services as a full-service provider
• You independently review and select locations and projects
• You contribute your expertise to projects and actively support the team
• You ensure that selection and approval processes are efficiently adhered to
• You lead the strategic customer care team with enthusiasm, promote its development, and achieve ambitious departmental goals together

Your profile

• You have training in business administration, real estate, architecture, construction, or a similar field
• You bring several years of experience in the acquisition of real estate, land, and construction projects
• With clear communication and goal orientation, you successfully implement things
• You apply knowledge of the Swiss real estate and construction industry in a practical way
• You confidently use digital tools and respond flexibly to changes
• As a team player, you promote collaboration and shared success
