The Events Office of the University of St.Gallen is the central point of contact for event management on campus. With solid expertise in the strategic conception, planning, and execution of events, we actively shape the public event offerings of HSG in line with the university strategy.

Your Tasks
- Strategic coordination and scheduling of events according to the strategy and core mission of the university
- Efficient inquiry and offer management including capacity coordination
- Responsibility for the Single Point of Entry for internal and external room requests
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of public lectures
- Creation and maintenance of the program overview in print and online formats
- Support and maintenance of event tools as well as the event calendar
- Administrative support including correspondence and reporting
- Creation and evaluation of event evaluations
- Resource and financial management
- Management of event projects and organization of situational events
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training (e.g. office clerk, event specialist EFZ) or an equivalent qualification (e.g. event management course)
- Professional experience in project or event management
- Organizational talent with a proactive, well-organized, and team-oriented working style
- High quality orientation, strong solution orientation, and pronounced service competence
- Confident handling of MS Office and event planning tools, experience with Typo3 is an advantage
- Very good communication skills in German and English
