Agile Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer

About the job

• Varied projects in agile software development – directly on mandate with the client or in ti&m projects that we realize end-to-end for our customers
  
• Taking on different roles in the project context such as Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or Product Owner – depending on phase, setting and strengths
  
• Analysis of existing business processes, development of viable concepts as well as support of implementation in interdisciplinary teams
  
• Close collaboration with customers, engineers, UX designers and other stakeholders to design functional, viable solutions

• Several years of experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or Product Owner in software development
  
• Confident handling of common methods in requirements engineering and agile project management (e.g. Scrum) – ideally complemented by relevant certifications (IREB, Scrum, OCEB2 or similar)
  
• Strong communication skills as well as a confident, structured appearance towards customers and development teams
  
• Completed studies in a technical or business-related field (FH/Uni/ETH)
  
• Willingness to work on site with customers in Switzerland
  
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
