Your Tasks
- You have good knowledge in the application of RAI-LTCF
- Ensuring the nursing process
- You ensure the provision of high-quality and quantitatively excellent care for our residents in the living areas
- You participate in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- You promote the autonomy of our residents
- Ensure the flow of information with external partners (doctors, health insurance companies)
- You recognise and manage emergency situations
Your Profile
- Training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF, FH, DNI/II, Dipl. Nurse AKP, PsyKP
- You are independent, competent and enjoy working in a team
- You enjoy working with elderly people and are committed to the diverse tasks
- Good oral and written German skills
- Further training in RAI-LTCF is an advantage
- Knowledge of topics such as palliative care and dementia
