Linear Operator

What will you be doing at JTI?

• Preparing and checking production components
• Ensuring product quality through visual inspection, checking the shelf life, and the accuracy of weighing components
• Ensuring the quality of components and semi-finished products by securing open containers and maintaining the cleanliness of equipment/tools and the workplace
• Transporting components and products using forklifts and pallet trucks
• Performing production operations according to standard operating procedures
• Ensuring the quality of the final product by adhering to instructions, monitoring production parameters, and accuracy
• Packing finished products using appropriate filling lines or manual filling operations
• Operating devices (e.g., kneaders, glove box chambers, system scales)
• Following safety procedures and waste management principles
• Seeking process improvements and implementing suggestions to enhance workplace safety and product quality, as well as increase operational efficiency

You will find it easier to accomplish the above tasks if you have:

• Secondary education
• At least one year of experience in a production environment
• Basic computer skills
• Authorization to work with forklifts (UDT II WJO)
• Focus on safety, accuracy, and precision in performing daily tasks
• Ability to work in a team, ease of establishing interpersonal contacts
• Openness to emerging changes
• Desire to gain knowledge and new skills
• Knowledge of English – preferred
• Willingness to work from Monday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
