Production Site Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a committed, experienced, and assertive leader. In this responsible key position, you will manage our largest site "Hardwald" in Unterengstringen and coordinate the operational activities of all gravel and concrete plants. Together with your team, you ensure smooth production and actively drive the further development of processes and equipment.

• Overall responsibility for efficient, safe, and trouble-free operation of our gravel and concrete plants
• Technical and disciplinary leadership, promotion, and development of employees
• Production and personnel planning
• Optimization of process flows as well as planning, control, and implementation of maintenance and investment projects
• Close cooperation with the departments of production, sales, dispatching, and engineering
• Ensuring and implementing occupational safety and health protection guidelines (AS/GS)
• Preparation of reports/statistics for management or your supervisor "Operations Manager"

• Completed studies (e.g., civil or mechanical engineering) or technical basic training with business management further education at HF/FH level (or equivalent)
• Further training as a raw material processor would be desirable
• Several years of experience in employee leadership as well as in the operation and maintenance of production facilities
• Experience in the implementation of construction and conversion projects in plant engineering
• Knowledge in gravel, concrete, or recycling production (or related areas such as stones, earth) is essential
• Strong leadership skills, organizational talent, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Ability to self-organize, empathy, and stress resistance
• Confident PC skills and MS Office applications as well as fluent German language skills are required
• Valid driving license category B is mandatory
