Sales Consultant Field Service Central Switzerland Region

Your Tasks
- Maintenance, support, and targeted expansion and development of existing customers including new customer acquisition in gastronomy (hotels, restaurants, senior institutions, hospitals, and others)
- Evaluation of district analyses and derivation of appropriate measures including reporting in CRM
- Verification and control of customer conditions
- Complaint management
- Close cooperation within the sales team and with other internal stakeholders (e.g., meat specialist consulting, procurement, IT)
- Active participation in projects and proactive network maintenance
- Market observation and incorporation of trends into the company
Your Profile
- Sales personality with completed vocational training in the food industry (e.g., baker-confectioner, cook)
- Commercial and/or sales-specific further education
- Proven experience in field sales or key account management, ideally in the food sector
- Empathetic personality with a winning and convincing appearance
- High level of customer orientation with a solution- and success-oriented working style
- Analytical skills and strong negotiation skills
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- IT affinity (ERP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enthusiasm for digital topics
- Valid driving license category B
