Your tasks
- Taking over daily responsibility
- Holistic care and nursing of residents
- Supervision of apprentices during practical vocational training (FaGe, AGS)
- Management and implementation of the care and support process
- Independent handling of qualitative documentation
Your profile
- Completed training as a health specialist
- Experience as a vocational trainer is an advantage or willingness to further train in this role
- Joy and commitment in nursing
- Sense of responsibility and strong teamwork skills
