These are your tasks:
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
- Receiving and processing support requests (via ticket system)
- Setting up and managing user accounts and access rights
- Configuration of routers, switches, firewalls
- Training and guiding IT users
- Support, maintenance, and further development of IT infrastructure (servers, clients, networks)
- Monitoring system availability, security, and performance
- Implementation of security policies (virus protection, encryption, patches)
- Management of backup and recovery processes
- Support in IT risk analyses and data protection issues
- Collaboration with external IT partners

- Education or further training in the IT field
