These are your tasks:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software 
• Receiving and processing support requests (via ticket system)
• Setting up and managing user accounts and access rights
• Configuration of routers, switches, firewalls
• Training and guiding IT users
• Support, maintenance, and further development of IT infrastructure (servers, clients, networks)
• Monitoring system availability, security, and performance
• Implementation of security policies (virus protection, encryption, patches)
• Management of backup and recovery processes
• Support in IT risk analyses and data protection issues
• Collaboration with external IT partners

• Education or further training in the IT field
